Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager, East Region, JE Dunn
Cherelle leads JE Dunn’s DEI efforts around Marketplace, Workforce and Workplace. While cultivating inclusion guidance for psychological safety, sense of belonging and voice.
She collaborates with the JE Dunn senior leadership team to ensure the company’s diversity goals are achieved, including outcomes that are measurable, consistent with the company’s values and reflective of JE Dunn’s commitment to using a diversity of contractors.
She also leads the company’s strategic partnerships with minority organizations and directs JE Dunn’s Minority Contractor Development Program (MCDP) in Atlanta, Savannah, Charlotte, and Nashville. MCDP targets small business owners and cultivates strategic relationships leading to successful contracts with JE Dunn. More than 400 business owners have participated in the program and contracted over $100 million in work with JE Dunn.
Under Cherelle’s leadership, JE Dunn’s East Region has achieved a spend of more than $665 million and growing with minority and women-owned enterprises and has enhanced its diversity initiatives.
