Emily Liu is Associate Director of Employer Relations at Goizueta Business School’s MBA Career Management Center. Ms. Liu builds and maintains relationships with MBA recruiters across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Goizueta, Ms. Liu worked as Director of Emory Law School’s Center for Professional Development & Career Strategy and the office’s first Manager of Diversity and Inclusion. She served on Emory Law’s Division Committee on Diversity & Community as well as the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) Diversity and Inclusion Section. Her D&I work has been published in the NALP Bulletin and she is a seasoned public speaker.
Ms. Liu practiced as a real estate associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she was an active member of the Asian American Attorney Affinity Group. She has also served as an attorney extern at The Legal Aid Society’s Harlem Community Law Office and as a volunteer attorney at the Brooklyn Family Defense Project. She is admitted to the New York State Bar. Ms. Liu received a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude and a BA from Ithaca College, summa cum laude.
