This daily mantra continues to guide Dr. Gwen J. Young, an out-front leader, enhancing organizational value and well-being for more extraordinary employee experiences that matter. As a senior strategist with the Peers & Partners management consulting and professional services firm, Dr. Gwen’s extensive experiences include applying needs-based methods to improve health equity and DEIAB implementations across federal agencies. She also supports the Atlanta-based Synchronicity Theatre’s Executive Board communications and advocacy for refugee women and girls. She is an Advanced Postdoctoral Ph.D. Fellow developing leaders to educate, evaluate, and innovate in Health Professions Education for Veterans Affairs and the nation, an ADMAG Executive Board Co-Chair, 2022-2024, a Grand Canyon University dissertation and cohort advisor, and a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Gwen holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Grand Canyon University with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Communication from the University of West Georgia.
