Executive & Leadership Development
Len has extensive corporate and non-profit background in leadership coaching and consulting with Fortune 500 companies. His work includes the implementation of corporate-wide diversity management initiatives. His corporate work includes executive coaching and strategic planning for the creation and implementation of Diversity Action Councils and the delivery of diversity training. His work also includes coaching owners of small/medium-sized businesses with many of his clients being women and minority business owners.
For six years, he developed and co-facilitated an on-going series of multicultural community-based initiatives in collaboration with metro-Atlanta businesses, schools, service providers and non-profit organizations, and has been a presenter of diversity workshops at national conferences. Len holds an MBA from Wharton Graduate School, an MA in psychology and organizational development from the State University of West Georgia, and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
